1 Snapshot reports can provide data about tweets from the past 5-7 days. Snapshot Reports rely on the Twitter Search API and cannot retrieve data from any earlier periods.
2 Trackers rely on the Twitter Streaming API and begin collecting tweets in real time as soon as they are activated. They cannot access historical data from before they were activated. However, once activated, they can track an unlimited number of tweets for unlimited time.
How TweetReach works
Simply enter a screen name, URL, hashtag or phrase, and TweetReach analyzes thousands of data points from Twitter to deliver detailed metrics on the reach and exposure for those tweets.
TweetReach does more than just count tweets. Reach is the total number of unique Twitter users who received tweets about the search term. Exposure is the total number of times tweets about the search term were received by users. We call each receipt of a tweet an impression. See below for how TweetReach does these calculations.
